Sarah Alton

It is with great sorrow that we announce on March 7, 2025, Sarah Alton, age 58 of Oxnard, California has passed into God's hands. She passed away peacefully at St. John’s hospital in Oxnard.  She was born on February 17, 1967, in Port Hueneme to Ramon G. Quiroz and Cruz Quiroz.

Sarah will leave a legacy to her family and friends of her kindness, caring, loving and giving soul.  A person who went beyond for her friends and family. We will miss her laughter smile and silliness.  She enjoyed time with her friends and family at gatherings and events. She enjoyed volunteering her time with her church and the children’s ministry until she could no longer do so because of her health. She lived her life to the fullest as she loved to travel and site see; two of the favorite locations were Yosemite and Hawaii.  She loved going with her friends to the Las Vegas shows and wine tasting.  She was dedicated and committed to her career at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division as a Program Analyst for over 32 years.  Her Legacy will live on and be embedded in our hearts as she is now with the Lord Father Almighty.

She leaves behind her siblings: Christina Flores, Celia Quiroz, Ramon Quiroz Jr. (Lucy), Connie Morales (Joe), Estella Peter (Bill), John Quiroz (Emily), Bellinda Camarillo, Theresa Acosta (Gabriel), Aunt Maria De Jesus Dominguez (Chuy) in Texas, fur baby Vinny and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Sarah is preceded in death by her parents, and her fur babies Tucker and Bellamia.
