Obituary
On Sunday, September 3, 2023, Rosemarie Aguilera Bennett of Oxnard peacefully passed away at age 80 with her son and daughter by her bedside. Over the last 12 years Rosemarie had battled with dementia.
Rosemarie was born on February 7, 1943 in Washington D.C. She worked for GTE telephone company for 32 years. In the late 60s and early 70s she raised two children: Robert A. Calvert and Stacey Marie Calvert-Mitchell. Rosemarie had a passion for reading, sewing, quilting, and raising her two children in a loving home, and cared for many pets over the years.
Her spirit is carried on by her son Robert A Calvert; daughter Stacey Marie Calvert-Mitchell; and three grandchildren: Tim, Megan and Kyle - plus her great grandchildren: Kameryn, Emma, and Chandler.
She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
