Ray Ernest Rangel Jr.
Ray Rangel, 50 of Oxnard, passed away on June 5th, 2024 in Oxnard. Ray was born Sept. 25th, 1973 in Oxnard to Ray A. Rangel Sr. and Diane Gomez. A lifelong county resident, Ray will forever be remembered by his loving family and friends as the life of the party with a great sense of humor and loved the ocean and the Dodgers.
Ray was a 1991 graduate of Channel Islands High school where he lettered in Baseball. He also played baseball for the Ocean view League.
He is survived by his parents Diane Gonzales and Ray A Rangel (Roxanne), children Ray Rangel Jr. 3rd AKA (Boo) (mother Raychel Gomez-Goodwin) Miranda Rangel (mother Liz Espinoza), brothers Robert Rangel, Ryan Rangel, Roger Rangel (Taylor), granddaughter Kalina Rangel, numerous nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Raul and Wanda Rangel, grandfather Henry Gomez, stepfather William Gonzales.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a prayer service June 15th 2024, 10:00 a.m. at Reardon Funeral Home, 511 North A St. Oxnard.
There will also be a live streaming at Reardon’s website for those who cannot attend the prayer service.
A reception will follow at Oxnard Moose lodge 1935 S. Oxnard Blvd.
