Peggy H Anderson

Peggy H Anderson 72, of Oxnard has gone home to be with the Lord on Tues. March 24th, 2020 in her home with loved ones by her side. Peggy was born on March 1st, 1948 in Indonesia. She moved from Holland to the United States with her family when she was only 14 in 1962 and has been a resident ever since. She became a U.S. citizen in the 90’s and graduated High School at Camarillo High.

Peggy enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved going to her church on Sundays at Bethany Chapel as well as going to Calvery Chapel. She loved spending relaxing weekends on her boat out on the lake, going to Chumash, doing arts & crafts, sewing as well as listening to her Dutch music. She loved getting her nails painted by KK and most when her grandkids Erik, Darrin, Marc, Dustin, Angelina, Manuel II, and Alexis which call her Oma (Grandma) came to visit her.

Peggy was preceded in death by both her parents Johannes and Dorothea Van Someren as well as her brothers Robbie Van Someren of Holland and Gerard (Boy) Van Someren of Louisiana. She is survived by and will be watching over her husband of 37 years Brian Anderson, children-Roy (Crista) Hinojosa, Gina (Manuel) Contreras, and Kevin Anderson, Siblings-Theo (Ria) Van Someren, Rick (Engelien) Van Someren, Noldy-David (Linda) Van Someren, Joyce Coker and Cindy (Mando) Perez, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Livingston Memorial Hospice Care as well as Dr. Maciello, Dr. Weymer and Dr. Ford for the love and care for their loved one.
Celebration of life/memorial will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2020, 11am, at Bethany Chapel in El Rio, CA.
