Michael Anthony Hill

It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Michael Anthony Hill, 67 of Oxnard on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. He was born on August 17, 1956, in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Ondro L. and Mona J. Hill. Coming to Oxnard as a young boy, Michael graduated from Hueneme High School in 1975. Michael dedicated his life to his family and friends. He loved sports and Hallmark movies. Michael especially enjoyed his 20 plus years of community service as an umpire for the Southside Little League. 

Michael is survived by the love of his life and soulmate of 37 years, Barbara Sandry-Hill; brother, Travis O. Hill of San Diego; sister, Terrie L. Hill of Arizona and twin sister, Michele A. (Joseph) Marino of Arizona; 10 Nieces and nephews; and 15 great-nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brothers, Kevin (Pete) L. Hill and Gerald (Jerry) B. Hill. 

Michael touched many hearts in his life and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. 

Cremation has taken place and a private memorial will take place with immediate family.
