It is with deep sorrow and profound gratitude for her life that we announce the passing of Matavaoakea Fotu Levu, at her resident in Oxnard California, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and servant of God. She left this world peacefully on December 21, 2024, at the age of 80.

Born on September 3, 1944, Matavaoakea was a woman of unwavering faith, strength, and love. Her life was a testament to the power of devotion, both to her family and to her Creator. A mother of four, grandmother of twelve, and great-grandmother of eight, she touched the lives of many with her wisdom, compassion, and gentle spirit.

Matavaoakea was a woman of God, deeply committed to her faith and to serving others. She was a pillar of her community, always ready to offer a kind word or a helping hand. Her home was a sanctuary of warmth and hospitality, where all who entered felt the love and peace that radiated from her heart.

As a mother, she was a nurturing presence, guiding her children with wisdom and love, always prioritizing their well-being and teaching them the importance of kindness, humility, and faith. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were blessed to know her love and guidance, and they carry her legacy in their hearts.

Matavaoakea is survived by her four children, twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

A funeral service will be held in her honor, where family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and the eternal love she shared.
