Irma Villegas Vazquez, age 60, of Oxnard, passed away on August 28, 2021, from a two-year battle with Liver Cancer.
Irma was born in Sain Alto Zacatecas, Mexico on August 22, 1961, and has been a resident of Ventura County for the last 30 years after moving here from Tijuana, Baja California MX.
She was a house good packer for various moving companies for 25 years. Irma was also very religious in her beliefs. She attended many various Catholic Churches, mostly attending St. Anthony’s Church and Santa Clara Catholic Church, both here in Oxnard.
Irma had many interests including dancing and listening to music, especially her favorite bands Los Tigres Del Norte and Los Huracanes Del Norte. She loved watching Novellas, cooking, especially recipes she had seen on the food network, collecting dolls and barbies, and receiving flowers ( She especially loved roses). She loved to watch Dodger games, visits, and spending time with all her family and friends. She also loved watching her son perform with his band Naufrago and going back to visit her family in Sain Alto Zacatecas and Tijuana MX. I could go on and on about so many things in her life that gave her joy and happiness.
Irma is preceded in death by her grandparents.
