In loving memory of Henry Y. Flores who passed away peacefully at his home on November 19, 2021.

Henry was born and raised in Oxnard. He joined the Army upon graduating from High School. Although his time in the Army took him to many places he always called Oxnard his home.  While in the Army he worked weekends and picked up the skill of a butcher. This became his life-long profession in the meat processing industry.  It was in this role that he made many life long friends and he was known as a kind and gentle man of strong Catholic faith.

He was a wealth of knowledge of the developmental progress of the city of Oxnard  from a farming community to the present time.  He had a passion for sports, particularly baseball and was a life-long Angels fan.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years Martha Flores whom he loved and cherished. He was a loving father to his children and his grandchildren. He was also a loving brother to his sisters, brother, nieces and nephews.  He was beloved by his neighbors and many long-time friends.

He will be tremendously missed by all who loved him.
