Our beloved Francisco Garcia Estrada was born on October 5, 1927, in Waterford, California. He entered eternal rest on February 17, 2026, and is now reunited with his beloved wife, Victoria Cordero Estrada.
Francisco worked for Coastal Growers Association for 25 years and at the Lobster Trap restaurant for 20 years. He was a hardworking and devoted provider who loved his family. A faithful Catholic, he was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Oxnard.
He enjoyed eating, playing cards, watching Mexican game shows and cheering for the Dodgers. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of his family and friends who will forever love him.
He is survived by his children: Francisco Estrada Jr., Jorge C Estrada, Maria C Estrada, and Manuel C Estrada; 15 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Estrada; his son Jose Rogelio Estrada; his daughter Victoria “Vickie” Estrada Cano; and his parents, Dolores and Agustin Estrada, along with siblings, Carmen, Jose, Genoveva and Mario.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 12 at Reardon Funeral Home, 511 North A Street, Oxnard. Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 13 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Oxnard. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery, Oxnard.
