Francine Duchin Oxnard - Francine Duchin, born November 21, 1942, passed away on April 11, 2023.

Francine is survived by her sister Nona, brother-in-law Richard, nieces Jennifer and Melissa, nephew Michael and grand-nieces Kayla and Hayley. Family was the most important thing to her. She will be missed and always will be loved.
