Cristina Maria Flores De Murillo

Cristina Flores De Murillo, 86, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023 in Oxnard. She was born September 12, 1936 in Sinaloa, Mexico and was a 50-year Ventura County resident.

Cristina was a lifelong seamstress and tailor, having many customers seek her out to alter their clothing due to her fine work. She was a parishioner of Santa Clara Chapel in El Rio and enjoyed volleyball, crossword and word search puzzles, cooking, and watching golf. Cristina loved love. A giver of tremendous hugs, she never wanted to let go.

She is survived by her sons, Raul Murillo Jr. and Steve Murillo; and granddaughters, Katherine and Sirena Murillo.

A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Friday August 25 at Reardon Funeral Home, 511 N. ‘A’ St., Oxnard.
