Anthony Harry “Uncle Friend” Andrade
October 18th, 1967 - May 29th, 2022
Anthony Harry Andrade born October 18th, 1967 in Ventura, Calif. to Susana Basua and Robert “Bobby” Andrade.
Anthony was born and raised in Ventura county. He was the eldest brother to Bobby Joey Andrade, and has many cousins. Anthony survived by his nieces; Breanna Cristine Andrade, Jenna Marie Hernandez, Hannah G. Andrade, Lola Andrade, Rocco Ritchie Andrade, and Rita G. Ledesma. Great nephews; Daniel Ray Ayala and NJ Arias. Also, many extended nephews and nieces.
Anthony was very adventurous, he’d say, “no way I’m not doing that!” However, he was always easily convinced to join in on any adventure. He was a very selfless and caring person. If you ever needed help, Anthony would always be there. You needed a hand with fixing something? he would be there to lend a hand. He always had something smart to say back or always responding with a, “well I don’t know what to tell you..” if you knew Anthony you knew he was always cracking a joke. He never cared about materialistic things, his motto was, “Family always comes first..” and he always placed his family first, no matter what. He would always want to make others happy and always ask, “Have you ate yet?” Or with a, “ well, I’m hungry…are you?”
He loved to spend his time with his nieces and nephews, always getting into some kind of mischief and he’d say, we can’t get into any trouble with “The bloody senior” aka Grandma. He always knew Grandma was keeping a close eye on him when it came to her grand babies. Anthony had many funny stories, and always liked to share. He was also a great listener if you ever just needed someone to simply listen. He loved his Green Bay packers, his tools, wicked tuna and wild Alaska.
He will be truly missed by his family and loved ones. But as Anthony would say, “don’t worry, I’ll catch you later…”
