Steven Francisco Olivares

Sadly, just as seasons change and trees let go of leaves, our family must let go of the physical body of a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Just as the tree remains, so will the memories. 

Born Steven F. Olivares, to Pedro and Rose Olivares, better known to many as "Stevie". He can be best described as loving, crazy, fun, and straight up, which made for many memorable conversations. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Pedro and Peter Olivares.

Stevie loved life, music, dancing and never passed up a good time. He also enjoyed cooking, trying his luck at the casino, and speaking his mind. Stevie gave his life to the Lord, and he spent many hours with his church family trying to be of service to the Lord and others. 

His greatest love of all was family. He spoke often of the love he had for his children, whom he is survived by Steven and Cynthia Olivares. He also had an undying love for his mother, Rose, whom he cared for. He loved his sisters and a brother, whom he is survived by Gloria, Susie, Jenny, Josie, Rachel, Sandy, Lillian, and Joe Olivares. Lastly, he loved the many nieces and nephews he had, just as they loved him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
