Leonel Ruiz 55, passed away on December 18, 2019, in Oxnard Ca. He was born in Mexico on August 26, 1964.
He is survived by his son Frankie Ruiz, And daughter Elisa Ruiz and a grandchild. As well as his brothers and sisters and a numerous extended family. He was with brother Manuel and Sister Maria at the time of his passing
Leonel (Chi Chi) was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 750 joining in October 2011. He helped in many ways the Knights of Columbus Hall with the upkeeps and worked with the Sisters Servants of Mary with their handy work.
